Stryker's career is nothing short of remarkable, spanning over 20 years of CNC machining excellence. He embarked on his journey at the prestigious School of Automotive Machinists & Technology in Houston, where he honed his skills in machining high-performance engines. A Michigan native, Stryker initially contributed his expertise to a renowned high-performance cylinder head company.
In 2009, Stryker was personally selected by the visionary Robert Smith, the driving force behind Smiths Machine in Tuscaloosa. Swiftly integrating into the Engineering Department, he embarked on a 12-year odyssey to refine his precision machining and CNC programming prowess. His specialization in 5-axis machining and expertise in utilizing Siemens NX programming software set him apart. Stryker's primary focus revolves around creating streamlined processes for crafting precision components with the highest degree of automation.
In 2021, Stryker's extraordinary journey brought him to Smith and Company, LLC, where he assumed the role of Lead Engineer. His wealth of experience and extensive knowledge have solidified his status as an invaluable asset to our team.
